Dear patrons,

Please note that we have established new rules regarding reservations.

At Carli's, we are genuinely and heartfeltly grateful for the excellent clientele that has supported us for the last 26 years. However, to maintain the integrity and quality of service, due to limited space, high demand, and exceptional circumstances, we have implemented new rules and limitations regarding reservations. 

1—Reservations are not guaranteed on rare occasions. That means that while we will do our best to honor an existing reservation, whether directly or via OpenTable, due to a possible system glitch or human mistake, there may be times when, at our discretion, we may need to revoke it. THIS DECISION WILL NEVER BE BASED ON RACE, GENDER, OR SOCIAL STATUS.

2—The wait time for a reservation to arrive is 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the table will become available to another party. However, if space is available, we will be happy to accommodate.

3—Groups of four or more will not be seated until the group is complete. The maximum wait time will be 20 minutes until the table becomes available for another party. In that event, we will do our best to accommodate the portion of the party already present.

4—We are not responsible for Open Table reservations that don't reach our reservation OP log or book, even if a customer has a receipt for the same. However, if space is available, we will be happy to accommodate.
